Attorney Sandillo grew up in the Greater New Haven area of Connecticut. He played competitive hockey in his younger years including playing four years on the UConn Men’s ACHA D2 Club Hockey Team. He graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2014, receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
In his senior year of college, Attorney Sandillo worked within the Connecticut General Assembly serving as an Assistant Clerk on the Public Health Committee during the 2014 legislative session. Upon the closing of the legislative session, he went on to work as a Campaign Manager where he acted as a liaison for candidates running for Connecticut’s House of Representatives. He was successful in his campaigning efforts and was ultimately given the opportunity to accept a full-time position as a Legislative Aide. He left the Connecticut General Assembly in 2017 to pursue his legal education.
In 2017, he began his legal studies at Quinnipiac University School of Law. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2020 and was admitted to the Connecticut Bar Association shortly thereafter. He began his legal career working closely with managing partners maintaining their respect and handling some of the firm’s most complex legal issues.
Attorney Sandillo prides himself in serving the community to the best of his ability. He concerns himself with the education of the client before contemplating case strategy. He has proven to be a skilled negotiator but is always prepared to bring a case to trial.
Aside from work, Attorney Sandillo spends most of his free time playing golf, hockey, pickleball, or guitar. He is also a huge fan of Formula One racing and values his time with his family, friends, and dogs.
